Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact page. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it can take several days for your credit card company and or bank to process a refund.
